Introducing our brand-new Nissan Interstar LP13 Traffic Management Dropside.

Designed and built entirely from the ground up for one of our local customers, with six more identical units currently in build.

This is a completely bespoke solution, developed with the customer’s specific requirements at the heart of the design. Every detail has been carefully considered to maximise safety, practicality, and payload. Key features include:

-Reduced-size rear frame for LP13, fully galvanised for strength and durability

-Three-part dropside doors for easy access to all areas

-Extra-wide 800mm front sign rack with lashing points and dedicated securing system

-Twin dual beacon bars (1000mm)

-Work lights

-Two underbody plastic toolboxes for straps

-Strobes in the grille (x2) and rear (x2)

-Chapter 8 compliant rear board

-Drop-down fall arrest system (fully removable or foldable out of the way)

-Side indicating markers with puddle lights

-Integrated step system in the door with grab handle for safer access

-Durite reversing camera system

-Laser-cut rear light grids

The entire build was completed in-house at AMS and looks outstanding. It’s engineered to make the job as safe and efficient as possible.
